لا نحتاج من الآخرين وعدا بالبقاء بل أن يقولوا فقط إنهم سيختفون قليلا فيسكن القلق فينا ولا يت صبح أبسط شكل من أشكال الحب هو الشفافية: أن تمنح من يهمك يقينا صغيرا بدل أن تتركه ينهار في انتظار لا يعرف إن كان مؤقتا أم دائما.

I value honesty and clarity in any relationship, even at work. I also believe that everyone needs time for themselves sometimes, and it’s so important to me that we both feel happy and comfortable together. That’s what a healthy relationship looks like.

It’s completely okay if you need a little alone time. I know our past had its ups and downs, and those long “offs” hurt us both. So, to make things easier and healthier now, it would mean so much if you just told me something simple like, “Hey, I’ll be busy on [date], but I still love you and I’ll be back soon.” That little message can completely remove confusion and ease overthinking, because I’d know you’re not leaving forever, you just need a moment for yourself.

I love being with you, truly, but if some time alone helps you feel better, I’d be so happy for you to take it. That way, when you come back, you’ll find me here waiting for you, and we can enjoy our time together fully, with energy, laughter, and love.
